For wedding stationers

Digital RSVPs to match the suite you designed.

Your clients already pay you a premium to bring their wedding's vision to life. Bring it online with an RSVP portal styled to the suite you designed, collecting what your client needs to run the day. A better experience for your clients. A new revenue stream for your studio.

We want to build the first full version for you

What we've built so far

Send the invitation. Receive the guest list.

Guests answer on a portal set in the suite you designed. Your client watches the guest list assemble in a dashboard that holds what a card can't. And all of it carries your studio's name, not ours. Paper goes out; a finished guest list comes back.

A digital RSVP portal for guests

01

Set to match the suite you designed

The same palette and type as the paper you designed, so the screen a guest replies on looks like the invitation it came from.

02

Personalized to each invited party

Each party sees the schedule of only the events they are invited to. One-click response to each.

03

Whitelabeled for your studio

Your name and logo on the footer, putting your work in front of the whole guest list, not just the couple.

A dashboard for clients

01

Multi-event RSVP tracking

Guests can opt in and out of different events for multi-day weddings.

02

Collect any data you need at RSVP

Custom questions alongside the reply — dietary requirements, song requests, a shuttle seat — answered once and kept with the guest list.

03

Multiple venues and dress codes

Set each event's place and dress code once, and every guest sees only the ones their invitation actually covers.

Design partners

We'd like to build the first full version with you.

We want to sit with you, learn how an order actually moves through your shop and what your couples actually ask for, and build the tool around that. Right now we are focused on one thing: an excellent first version.

What we're asking

How your business works and what your couples ask for, an occasional hour of conversation while we build, and a first couple or two to try it with when it's ready.

What you get

Kindlyby for your first clients at no cost from us, a first version shaped around how your studio works, and first say in what we build next.

From first call to your first couple

01

A first call

We spend time learning how your business works, why you feel Kindlyby might be useful to you and your clients, and what exactly you would need to integrate it into your production process.

02

Plan and build

We document a plan to get to a first working version that both sides feel is strong enough to offer clients. We check in with progress and the occasional question.

03

Your first couple

Your initial clients start collecting RSVPs through the app. We stay completely available — fixing problems and integrating feedback — so their experience is deserving of the brand you've built.

What's next

Ideas we'd rather ask you about than guess at.

These are on our list. None of them gets built until studios tell us they'd matter to their couples — which is exactly what we want design partners for.

Idea

A wedding website that matches the suite

A simple builder for your couples to record the details — schedule, travel, registry — styled to the stationery you designed for them, so the website and the invitation read as one.

Would your couples want this from you?

Idea

A seating planner that does the puzzling

The couple sketches the room — how many tables, who seats how many — then talks it through with an AI assistant that knows the guest list and drafts the seating chart with them.

Would this save your couples time and a headache?

Idea

Automatic follow-ups

A gentle, well-written email to the households who haven't replied as the date nears — sent automatically, so nobody has to chase.

Would this spare your couples a chore?
